On a global scale, we all experience the fear of the unknown. It is often intensified if your nervous system is dysregulated, and you’ve accumulated any personal fears from the past.
Healthy fear is your emotional guidance system trying to get your attention. Fear in a small dose, perceived as insecurity, restlessness, and worry, is often a soul medicine which protects us, encourages us to make some changes or expand our safety zone, and therefore, stimulates our evolution.
Fear in a big dose or chronic fear, that shows up as intense anxiety or a panic attack, is a poison that creates havoc in the body-mind system and our lives, paralyzing our creativity and keeping us small.
We all need to explore our personal relationship with fear, learn how to control our anxiety and fear of change, how to understand our fears' messages, and to be more courageous.

In this darkest time of the year, you are invited to join our Winter Solstice sacred circle to:
~ understand the purpose and symptoms of fear response (how it operates in the brain and the body), and the changes you can make to decrease it
~ learn the most simple and effective ways to instantly reset your nervous system to safety
~ identify your fears, the consequences of not dealing with them, and recognize the messages your Essence Self sends you through your specific fears
~experience an embodied alchemical way to safely process and release your deepest fears
~ perform yoga kriyas, energy work and a ritual to clear subconscious fear imprints
~ re-program yourself to use your fears as fuel, moving from habitual fearful reaction to conscious response and creation, and replacing your fear with choice, confidence, and commitment.
